Speakers
Hannu Jungman, Innovestor
Hannu is a seasoned early-stage VC and Partner at Innovestor. He has over 15 years of investment experience starting from 2008 at Veraventure, where he also managed business angel network InvestorExtra, the precursor to FiBAN, gaining extensive expertise in working with angel investors and syndicating deals. Prior to his venture capital endeavors, Hannu gained valuable experience in technology transfer and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management (Strategy), from Tampere University of Technology. At Innovestor, he manages the Angel CoFund (www.angelcofund.fi).
Innovestor (www.innovestor.fi) is an active Finnish investment manager, focusing on venture capital, real estate, and energy storage. As one of the most active early-stage VC investors in Finland, Innovestor manages six VC funds with total capital of over €250M.
Miika Hiidenhovi, Bird & Bird
Miika Hiidenhovi is a Senior Associate at Bird & Bird in Helsinki, advising startups, growth companies, and investors on venture capital investments, corporate governance, and M&A. He regularly supports early- and growth-stage companies and their investors in domestic and cross-border funding rounds, as well as throughout the company lifecycle from incorporation to exit. Miika brings a strong international perspective and practical insight into investor and founder needs.
