Ilkka Kaikuvuo is a technology entrepreneur, board professional, startup business angel, and ok-ish endurance athlete working daily with startups and growth companies. Also Co-father of Framery, Surveypal, and a few other companies. An early-stage investor in 20+ companies, mainly in Something-as-as-Service & smart offices. Active Chairperson & member of the board at growth companies from different industries. Interested in growth and learning new things – never forgetting strategic thinking & humane approach!
Olga Balakina is a Vice President at Leo Capital, where she leads the fund’s expansion and ecosystem engagement in Finland and Europe.
Before joining Leo Capital, Olga was instrumental in the global expansion of Slush and played a key role in driving growth and fundraising strategies for multiple tech startups and scaleups, guiding them through market entry and positioning them for sustainable growth. She was also part of the founding team at a deep tech fund in Finland.
With a strong background in business development for deep tech and B2B companies, she leverages her extensive network to identify high-impact early-stage ventures.
