Scaling Data Centres Without Derailing Net Zero
Data centres are in a period of rapid expansion and investors have significantly stepped up exposure to the sector in their portfolios. But while capital is deployed and capacity is installed to meet AI and computing demand, the sector’s social licence to operate is being contested, with pressure coming from industry bodies, regulators, capital providers, and the general public.
Join us for a panel discussion on the challenges facing data centres when it comes to balancing growth and sustainability, where the levers for change exist in the value chain, and how investors can mitigate transition risk and drive emissions reductions. The discussion will include time for questions from the audience, followed by an opportunity for networking.
Date: Wednesday 11 March 2026
