Vibecoding native iOS apps [Swift] - live demo & Q&A for solopreneurs from ex-Meta&Uber engineer
Build a native iOS app without code — live demo + Q&A with Modaal
The professional mobile builder for solopreneurs who plan to scale
A free 45-minute weekly session for non-technical founders who want to ship a real native iOS app — and build it in a way that doesn't need to be rebuilt when the team grows.
Every week, Modaal co-founders Ivan Misuno (ex-Uber, Meta) and Elena Avramenko (ex-Miro) are live to help you move forward — whether you're just starting out or stuck on something specific.
What we cover
Getting started in Modaal: from idea to first working screens, without writing code
How to prompt like an engineer — the patterns that get better results from AI agents
Figma integration: using your designs as direct input into the build flow
Backend integrations: Firebase, Supabase, and what to pick for your use case
App Store submission and ASO: how to get your app live and findable
Idea validation and scoping: what to build first and how to think about it
Any question or roadblock you bring — native iOS, Xcode, Modaal, or the process
Who this is for Founders, PMs, and designers who want to ship a real native iOS app — not a prototype, not a web wrapper — and build it in a way that scales when a team joins. You don't need a technical background. You need 45 minutes and something worth building.
After the session You'll know exactly where to go next. Sign up for Modaal and keep building.
What you need to get started
A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS Tahoe (26) or later
Xcode 26 — free from the Mac App Store; set aside ~40 GB of disk space and some time for the download
Modaal — download the macOS app and start for free
An Apple ID — needed for Xcode; the free tier is enough to start building and testing in the simulator
Hosted by Ivan Misuno, CPTO, and Elena Avramenko, CEO — co-founders of Modaal.
