How the session works
A volunteer's firm and their top three competitors get decoded live on screen. Everyone sees the spend data, the keyword overlap, the creative side by side. Then you open Claude, install the Ad Intelligence skill, and run it on your own market. You identify where your budget leaks, where competitors are exposed, and what to change this week.
You also walk out with $200 in Ranql intelligence credits, enough to run 40 to 60 competitive analysis reports on your own after the session.
What you leave with isn't knowledge. It's infrastructure: deployed tools, competitor data, audit reports, and campaign assets you own and keep.
