About Event

Join us for Founder Sprint, the first-ever 100-hour vibathon powered by Starkware and the Starknet Foundation!

✨What is this?

A 100-hour vibathon where you're encouraged to use AI-powered tools to go from concept to working product as efficiently as possible. These tools include smart contract assistants like Cairo Coder, AI-powered code editors like Cursor, and various frontend development tools. Whether you build for a Web2 audience or a Web3 native product, including Cairo in your product is the only condition. The Cairo Coder lowers the barriers to learning Cairo. The goal of this vibathon is to enable anyone to become a founder in 100 hours. Most importantly, we don’t care if your Cairo is perfect. We care if your idea is clear and works.

✨Who is this for?

This is for everyone with an idea. We're calling developers, designers, meme coin traders, builders, and creatives. Anyone with an idea who wants to see it go live. We call those who ship fast, care about users, and get creative with Cairo without getting bogged down in smart contract complexity. The motto is simple: push your product and make noise.

✨Why now?

Vibecoding is the new normal. Building an app has never been easier. AI-powered tools are supercharging builders, boosting productivity, and turning ideas into polished apps fast. Today, anyone can ship a quality product.

✨Our goal?

Find and support founders who:

  • Think deeply about real user needs,

  • Ship fast and creatively,

  • Use Cairo and Starknet without having to be experts.

✨Starter Tech Stack

✨App ideas

  • Scanapp: A social app where Gen Z explorers race to be the first to scan and claim real-world objects as unique digital trophies, building collections, trading for scan credits, and competing for global discovery status.

  • Gamified tomato-staking: Grow pixel tomatoes by staking STRK, harvest them into unique NFTs, and climb the leaderboard in a social, mobile-first game where your tomato garden is your public showcase.

  • Proof of touching grass: A playful social app where you prove you’ve “touched grass” by snapping outdoor photos to grow a digital garden, earn XP, and build colonies with friends, turning real-world activity into a daily ritual.

  • A social app where you can collect your walks in a beautiful UI. Use your mobile device’s native features to track a statistic in a beautiful UI. Inspiration: Just Walk

  • Nutrition app into Tamagoshi: A gamified nutrition app where scanning your meals feeds and evolves your digital pet (or political figure?), healthy eating makes it stronger for battles, while poor choices weaken it, turning wellness tracking into a competitive game.

  • Pay2Play, Win2Earn simple card game with a clean UI and fast games.

  • One-Word Story: Generative and algorithmic pixel/cyberpunk NFT collection based on the outcome of a One-Word Story game. Keep a directory of all stories.

✨Requirements

  • ✅ Must be deployed on Starknet testnet

  • 🌐 Include a live link to the app (web or mobile)

  • 📂 Include a GitHub repo with docs

  • 🎥 Optional: Demo video (strongly encouraged for full-founder points)

  • ⭐ Bonus: Mainnet deployment = extra points

✨Judging Criteria

  • Product Market fit 40%

Does it serve a clear user need or demonstrate strong intuition about what users want?

  • Originality 30%

Whether you come up with a totally new idea, OR you pick a current and hyper-focus on improving the UX/UI. Would I remember this project a week from now?

  • Product completeness and demo quality 25%

Does it work, and can I use it? Does the demo showcase the product? Is there a working UI or interaction flow? Is there a deployable version or meaningful screen recordings?

  • Technical implementation 5%

This is a vibe-coding hackathon, so technical complexity isn’t the main priority. While we’ll still review your implementation to understand your technical skills, what matters most is the problem you’re solving, the creativity and appeal of your app, and how well you’ve targeted a specific user group. Simplicity is welcome; what we’re really looking for is a cool, purposeful idea brought to life.

✨Prize Pool $4,200

  • 🥇 1st Place $2,000

  • 🥈 2nd Place $1000

  • 🥉 3rd Place $500

  • 🧙 Best Vibe $700

Grants available for high-potential teams!
