Six companies hiring in sustainability are each putting a real problem from their backlog on the table. You get a week to build on one, then 15 minutes with their hiring team to defend it. No CV screen. No cover letter.

🛠️ How it works
Each track is one company and one real problem statement, to be revealed at kickoff on 10 October. You pick a track, build with your teammate for a week, then pitch it directly to the hiring team. Use whatever tools you want, AI included. Be prepared to present it and answer questions.
Hiring companies:
SystemEarth. Singapore-based sustainability and compliance intelligence startup using AI and satellite data to help companies stay ahead of supply-chain regulations like the EU Deforestation Regulation. Topics: ESG & Compliance, Sustainability x AI
BlueNexus (Technologies). Singapore water-tech company building AI-operated, autonomous water treatment and reuse infrastructure for water-intensive industrial and municipal operations. Topics: Sustainability × AI
Temasek Foundation. Temasek's Singapore-based philanthropic arm, funding climate, environment, and sustainability programmes across Singapore and the region
Bizsu. Singapore ESG startup (founded 2019) whose patented CONTINEWM® nets cut building air-conditioning energy use by up to 25%, with clients like CapitaLand, Marina Bay Sands, and OCBC. Topic: Decarbonisation.
beez-fm. Singapore PropTech/GreenTech/AI startup running RizaOne, a zero-CAPEX outcome-based marketplace that matches buildings to verified decarbonisation retrofits and green capital. Topic: Decarbonisation
Global Green Connect. Singapore-based sustainability consultancy, academy, and social enterprise that helps businesses and SMEs build ESG/decarbonisation capability through advisory, training, and carbon-accounting support.
✏ Allocation of track and team
You rank your track preferences at kickoff. Assignments are released by end of day, 10 October. Each track has a capped capacity, so you might not get your first choice. We will try our best!
You'll be paired with someone you've likely never met, and that's the point. Teamwork is part of what we look for in a candidate.
What you submit
By 23:59, 16 Oct, each team submits the deliverables and a short walkthrough video on our website. The company might view your submission before your pitch.
