Aaron has spent 25+ years in partnerships at various tech companies, including most recently creating and leading the Partnerships team at Breakthrough Energy. Aaron has a track record of catalyzing growth in new industries characterized by technical and market complexity. At Breakthrough, he developed partnerships across clean energy, manufacturing, buildings, transportation, and more. Earlier at Meta and Qualcomm, he managed strategic partnerships with major players in the move to mobile. At Gigascale, he provides portfolio companies with best practices and introductions to accelerate commercialization and business development.
Nishant Bagadia, Director of Partnerships, Gigascale Capital
Nishant brings 17+ years of business development and partnerships experience spanning early-stage startups and global tech companies. Before Gigascale, Nishant was part of the early Partnerships team at Breakthrough Energy, where he led go-to-market efforts across technologies including geothermal, transmission superconductors, energy storage, low-carbon cement, and data center solutions. He structured and negotiated high-impact global partnerships and helped activate a cross-sector ecosystem to scale climate technologies. Before Breakthrough, Nishant was VP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Salesforce, and Head of Partnerships at BrainReactions, a seed stage startup.
