Join The AI Collective and host Mark Michelson for the first month of AI+ Coffee / Breakfast at First Watch, Windward Parkway, Alpharetta on Thursday, March 19 from 8:00-9:30 AM.

This informal coffee/breakfast group will meet on the third Thursday of each month.

The topic this month is AI + CX. How is AI being used in customer experience? How does it help customers? Employees? Where is it being used effectively and where should it be used?

Even if you are not a CX person, join the discussion anyhow. You never know who you'll meet or what you'll learn.
