​Marcin Borowiecki is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and technology leader. After more than a decade of building and scaling companies, he now leads Navivo Capital, a VC fund supporting European startups in their expansion and growth.

​Previously, Marcin held senior roles at Booksy (COO, Chief Growth Officer, and General Manager US), where he drove dynamic growth and international market entry. As the founder of wonga.com, he introduced and scaled online financial services in Poland.

​He specializes in growth strategy, operations, international expansion, and the journey from proof-of-concept to fully scaled businesses.

​Marcin is a graduate of the Stanford University MBA program, as well as CEMS programs at the Warsaw School of Economics and Copenhagen Business School.

CEO of Astral Forest, a company specializing in data and analytics solutions for the iGaming industry, covering segments such as online casinos, sportsbooks, and lotteries.
Stanisław is an experienced IT and data leader with over 14 years of international experience in analytics, business intelligence, and technology-driven transformation. Known for his analytical precision and entrepreneurial mindset, he helps organizations leverage data to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

​Ihor Zarechnyi
Business leader and former Chief Commercial Officer at Evoplay, recognized for his strategic and creative influence in the global iGaming industry. With a background from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' he combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. Currently, he is the CEO of NeverEnding – an anti-bureaucracy game provider focused on innovative, AI-powered engagement experiences.
