From AI Prototype to Trusted Product: The Human Side of Implementation

About the Event

As part of Humans in AI Week, The AI Collective Poland is coming to Kraków for an evening about the human side of building AI products that actually work beyond the demo.

Around the world, communities are gathering to ask one shared question: what does it mean to be human in the AI era?

In Kraków, we’ll explore this question through a practical lens: how do we move from AI prototypes and experiments to products that people can understand, trust, adopt, and rely on?

AI prototypes are easier than ever to create. But turning them into useful, reliable, and responsible products is still a deeply human challenge.

It requires more than models, tools, and workflows. It requires product judgment, collaboration, validation, responsibility, trust, and a clear understanding of the people who will build, use, approve, and depend on these systems.

This event is also part of a global conversation and time capsule created by The AI Collective - a space for people around the world to share what they believe should remain human as AI becomes more powerful and more present in our lives.

Poland has a growing ecosystem of engineers, founders, product leaders, researchers, operators, and innovators working close to real AI implementation. That makes it a great place to move the conversation beyond hype - toward practical, responsible, human-centered adoption.

Hosted together with Business Link, we’re creating a modern, open space for people, teams, and ideas to meet around one of the most important questions in AI implementation today.

This event is for tech leaders, founders, builders, product people, innovators, and AI practitioners who want to better understand what it takes to move from AI experiments to real-world implementation.

We’ll explore:

Product & Implementation Perspective

Where does an AI prototype end and a real product begin?
What are the most common traps when moving from demo to deployment?
How should teams think about quality, data, validation, safety, and trust?

Human & Organizational Perspective

How do teams build confidence in AI-powered systems?
What role do humans play when AI becomes part of products, workflows, and decisions?
How do we design AI products that people can actually understand, use, and trust?

We’re gathering in Kraków to explore one key question:

What does it really take to build AI products that people can understand, trust, and rely on in the real world?
