About Greg Gilman, Protego Trust:

Greg Gilman is the Founder and CEO of Protego Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries including Protego Trust, which was the second crypto currency and digital asset national bank ever to receive conditional approval by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). With more than 25 years of relevant experience as an executive, entrepreneur, investor, and attorney, Gilman also is a co-founder and managing partner of Science Inc, a multi-faceted VC platform that scales and acquires digital businesses. Through early investments in blockchain-related projects, Gilman saw the potential in digital assets long before mainstream adoption. Drawing on his legal and financial services background, he architected the sale of one of the world’s first compliant digital securities to raise capital for the Science Blockchain fund. Gilman also is co-founder and executive chair of RxVantage, a healthcare data and informatics company that connects healthcare providers with life science experts. He previously served as a Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law at Pepperdine University School of Law. He received his Bachelor’s in Political Science from Tufts University and his J. D. from the University of Southern California. He serves on the boards of Bermuda Commercial Bank, Wave Financial, and Mammoth Media. He previously served as a board member of HelloSociety (acquired by The New York Times Company) and FameBit (acquired by Google).

About Kevin Lolli, CoinFlip:

Kevin Lolli is an experienced regulatory and product attorney, having served in roles as outside counsel and senior in-house counsel.  At CoinFlip, Mr. Lolli advises the company on regulatory requirements to comply with existing regulations, including consumer protection measures. Mr. Lolli additionally advises on changes in proposed and pending legislation. Mr. Lolli regularly advises the product team on strategy regarding state and federal requirements as well as risk mitigation strategy. In addition, he develops strategy cross functionally with finance, compliance, and cybersecurity teams in order to offer innovative solutions in the FinTech space.
