pen2paper: mindfulness journaling experience in community
All about making a big city feel like a small town.
A new season is here. Help me welcome it—slowly, intentionally, and in community.
Join @journalingclasses for an intimate journaling workshop designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected—to yourself and to the people around you. As we move into a new season, this evening offers a space to pause, reset, and take care of yourself in a way that actually feels nourishing.
This is not about productivity.
This is about presence.
Let me set the scene: you walk into a warm, ambient space after a long week in the city. You grab a drink or a small snack, find your way to a cozy corner, and land in a seat that already feels meant for you. Candles flicker. Journals rest at each seat. Soft music hums in the background. You’re welcomed by your host, Emily.
We’ll begin by slowing down.
Through thoughtfully guided prompts, you’ll be invited to reflect on where you are right now—what you’ve been carrying, what you might be ready to release, and what you want to gently move toward. Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to care for yourself in this season, and how to create space for what matters most.
Emily will guide you through prompts that encourage honesty, curiosity, and a deeper connection inward.
There will be space for quiet writing, optional sharing, and simple moments of connection that remind you—you’re not doing this alone.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and to the community around you.
All are welcome. Whether you’re craving clarity, creative space, or simply a softer place to land, this evening is for you.
