About Event

​Welcome to the unveiling of UT26, the latest race car from the University of Toronto Formula Racing (UTFR) team!!! This year’s vehicle represents a culmination of innovation, engineering, and teamwork, now featuring autonomous capabilities.

​Get excited for:

​The Reveal: The official curtain drop for the UT26.

​Technical Showcase: A look at our new race car and its major engineering evolution this year, including the transition from a single-motor drivetrain to a high-performance 4-wheel drive (4WD) system and the development of a Kevlar-reinforced polymer high voltage battery housing that cuts nearly 40% of the previous year's housing weight.

​Meet the Team: Opportunities to speak with the students and leads behind the engineering.
