​​I’m Natalia Higuera, a marketing, events, and communications specialist with a creative foundation in the music industry and hands‑on execution experience in tech. Throughout my career, I’ve always been drawn to the power of bringing people together, whether through live experiences, digital communities, or meaningful collaborations.

​​During my job search, I felt a strong pull to create something with purpose. That’s how these workshops began: as a space for women to learn, connect, and build confidence in their personal and professional journeys. What started as a simple idea has grown into a series of online and in‑person events focused on self‑awareness, employability, and empowerment.

​​I love designing experiences that spark connection, building partnerships that matter, and creating impact through communication and creativity.
