For this session, Ashby is bringing together Rec Ops practitioners and leaders for an open, community-style conversation about how Rec Ops really shows up day to day, what’s worth investing in, and what people wish they’d known earlier.
We’ll chat about:
What Rec Ops looks like at different stages and team sizes
Where it genuinely adds value (and where it doesn’t)
What you can borrow from Rec Ops even if you don’t have a dedicated function
Practical examples and lessons learned from the field
After the discussion, there’ll be plenty of time to stick around for networking, drinks, and nibbles — a chance to swap notes, meet others facing similar challenges, and continue the conversation in a more informal setting.
This isn’t about frameworks or perfection. It’s about sharing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and giving you a few ideas you can take back to your own team.
