Canva + AI Business Lab | Build Your Brand Kit
A logo is not a complete brand system.
If your logos, colors, fonts, photos, and marketing materials are scattered across your computer, inbox, Canva account, and phone, this hands-on workshop is for you.
Build Your Brand Kit is designed for business owners who may have a logo and a collection of marketing materials but do not yet have clear rules for using them consistently.
You do not need an existing Brand Kit. We are starting with the files, ideas, and business materials you already have.
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
During this two-hour working session, you will:
✓ Gather and organize your existing brand assets
✓ Learn the difference between PNG, JPG, and SVG files
✓ Identify the correct versions of your logo
✓ Define a practical color palette with exact HEX codes
✓ Choose a headline font, body font, and optional accent font
✓ Define your visual style and image preferences
✓ Use ChatGPT to begin defining your brand voice
✓ Organize your brand information inside Canva where your plan allows
✓ Complete a Brand at a Glance reference sheet
You will leave with a functional brand system you can actually use.
This workshop is not professional logo design or a complete brand redesign. The goal is to help you make clear decisions, organize what you already have, and stop reinventing your business every time you create a flyer.
WHAT TO BRING
✓ A laptop and charging cord
✓ A mouse, if you prefer using one
✓ Working login access to Canva
✓ Working login access to ChatGPT
✓ Your existing logos
✓ Headshots, product photos, property photos, or other business images
✓ Old flyers, business cards, social graphics, or marketing materials
✓ Any known brand colors, fonts, or guidelines
✓ Your willingness to make decisions
Please save your available brand files directly to your laptop before the workshop. Screenshots of logos are not ideal, but bring what you have. We will start there.
CANVA PLAN
Canva Pro is helpful but not required for this workshop.
Some built-in Brand Kit features vary by Canva plan. Your completed Brand at a Glance reference will remain useful even if your account does not include every Canva Brand Kit feature.
INTENTIONALLY LIMITED
Only 10 individual workshop registrations are available.
Combined with All-Day Pass holders, this workshop will be capped at 25 participants. This allows for meaningful guidance, questions, real-time troubleshooting, and hands-on implementation.
REGISTRATION POLICY
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by contacting Proven University before the event. Transfers must include the replacement participant’s name and email address.
Tickets may not be transferred to another Business Lab workshop without prior approval and availability.
If Proven University cancels the event, registered participants will receive a refund of the registration amount paid.
Photography and video may be captured during the event for Proven University’s educational and promotional use. Please contact the organizer before the event if you do not wish to be photographed.
