The Canva + AI Business Lab Day is a hands-on working experience for business owners who are ready to organize their brand, improve their marketing, and create content more efficiently.
This is not a day of watching presentations and leaving with pages of notes.
You are going to do the work.

No existing Brand Kit is required. We are starting with the files, ideas, and business materials you already have.
THE DAY’S AGENDA
9:30–11:30 AM | BUILD YOUR BRAND KIT
A logo is not a complete brand system.
Define your colors, fonts, visual style, and brand voice while organizing the assets you already have. You will leave with a completed Brand at a Glance reference that you can use when creating future marketing materials.
11:30 AM–12:00 PM | BREAK
12:00–1:30 PM | CANVA + CHATGPT: CREATE FLYERS YOU’LL ACTUALLY USE
Stop staring at a blank Canva template wondering what to say.
Use ChatGPT to develop clear messaging, organize your content, and turn it into a finished marketing flyer in Canva.
You are not leaving with instructions for making a flyer later. You are leaving with the flyer.
1:30–2:00 PM | LUNCH BREAK
Lunch and sponsorship details will be announced before the event. Please do not assume lunch is included unless you receive a separate confirmation from Proven University.
2:00–3:30 PM | BATCH YOUR CONTENT: CANVA BULK CREATE + AI
Stop creating every social-media graphic one at a time.
Use AI to develop a batch of content, organize it in a structured spreadsheet, connect it to a Canva design, and use Canva Bulk Create to generate multiple branded graphics efficiently.
You will leave with finished content and a repeatable process you can use again.
INTENTIONALLY LIMITED
Only 15 All-Day Passes are available.
Combined with individual workshop registrations, each session will be limited to no more than 25 participants. This allows for meaningful guidance, real-time troubleshooting, and hands-on implementation.
WHAT TO BRING

✓ Your logos, headshots, photos, graphics, and existing marketing files saved on your laptop

Please log in to Canva and ChatGPT before arriving. We want to spend class time creating, not recovering passwords.
Canva Pro is strongly recommended for the complete Bulk Create workflow.
REGISTRATION POLICY
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by contacting Proven University before the event. Transfers must include the replacement participant’s name and email address.
Tickets may not be transferred to a different workshop without prior approval and availability.
If Proven University cancels the event, registered participants will receive a refund of the registration amount paid.
Photography and video may be captured during the event for Proven University’s educational and promotional use. Please contact the organizer before the event if you do not wish to be photographed.
