Canva can help you design a flyer, but it cannot decide what your message should be. ChatGPT can help you develop that message, but only when you give it the right information and direction.
In this hands-on workshop, you will use Canva and ChatGPT together to turn one real marketing need into a finished flyer you can actually use.
This is not a presentation about what Canva and AI might be able to do.
You are going to do the work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
✓ Choose one specific business, product, service, event, offer, property, or listing to promote
✓ Identify the audience, purpose, and desired action for your flyer
✓ Use a guided ChatGPT prompt to develop clear marketing copy
✓ Create a strong headline, supporting message, and call to action
✓ Select a Canva template that supports your message
✓ Apply your logo, colors, fonts, photos, and other brand assets
✓ Improve the flyer’s layout, readability, and visual hierarchy
✓ Complete a finished digital marketing flyer

WHAT TO BRING
✓ A laptop and charging cord
✓ A mouse, if you prefer using one
✓ Working login access to Canva
✓ Working login access to ChatGPT
✓ Your logo and available brand assets
✓ Any photos or graphics you may want to use
✓ Complete dates, times, prices, contact information, or other project details
✓ The website, registration link, QR code, or contact information you want included
✓ One specific thing you want to promote
Please log in to Canva and ChatGPT before arriving. We want to spend class time creating, not recovering passwords.
Canva Pro is helpful but is not required for this workshop.
INTENTIONALLY LIMITED
Only 10 individual workshop registrations are available.
Combined with All-Day Pass registrations, this workshop will be limited to no more than 25 participants. This allows for meaningful guidance, real-time troubleshooting, and hands-on implementation.
REGISTRATION POLICY
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by contacting Proven National Title before the event. Transfers must include the replacement participant’s name and email address.
Tickets may not be transferred to a different workshop without prior approval and availability.
If Proven National Title cancels the event, registered participants will receive a refund of the registration amount paid.
Photography and video may be captured during the event for Proven National Title’s educational and promotional use. Please contact the organizer before the event if you do not wish to be photographed.
