We work through live prospecting and pipeline challenges suggested by you – from “no replies” to “BDRs busy but not productive”.

Format & flow (45 mins, Zoom)
Work through (40 mins) – 5–8 prospecting/GTM challenges coached in turn, such as:
“Our sequences get almost no replies – what should we change first?”
“How should founder, AE and BDR split outbound at our stage?”
“What does a ‘good’ BDR week look like for a £1–3m ARR team?”
“When does it make sense to bring in an external BDR partner?”
Each one gets a short, focused conversation with both CF and Excelerate 360 perspectives.
If you’d rather not discuss a live deal
Bring a simple pipeline snapshot (open opps), a BDR scoreboard, or your current sequence. We’ll work from that instead.
