Free 45-minute prospecting working session for founders & sales leaders in scaling B2B tech, led by Closing Foundry & Excelerate 360.

We work through live prospecting and pipeline challenges suggested by you – from “no replies” to “BDRs busy but not productive”.

Who it’s for

Founders and sales leaders who want sharp, practical help on outbound (not just theory).

  • Founder/CEOs and commercial leaders at B2B SaaS / tech-enabled companies (Seed–Series A), ~£500k–£5m ARR.

  • Teams with AEs/BDRs in place, but no full-time CRO or mature sales leadership.

  • First sales hires and BDRs welcome.

What you’ll get

  • A working session on real prospecting problems – e.g. weak reply rates, unclear ICP, BDR performance, or when to use external lead gen.

  • Two lenses on the same issue:

    • Closing Foundry on GTM, ICP and sales process.

    • Excelerate 360 on outbound execution, lists and cadences.

  • You’ll leave with one concrete change you can make in the next 30 days for your top pipeline issue.

Format & flow (45 mins, Zoom)

Work through (40 mins) – 5–8 prospecting/GTM challenges coached in turn, such as:

  • “Our sequences get almost no replies – what should we change first?”

  • “How should founder, AE and BDR split outbound at our stage?”

  • “What does a ‘good’ BDR week look like for a £1–3m ARR team?”

  • “When does it make sense to bring in an external BDR partner?”

Each one gets a short, focused conversation with both CF and Excelerate 360 perspectives.

If you’d rather not discuss a live deal

  • Bring a simple pipeline snapshot (open opps), a BDR scoreboard, or your current sequence. We’ll work from that instead.

  • Or submit a question anonymously when you register; the host will present it without naming you or your company.
