Tech Lunch Series Vol. 2 | Life as a Solopreneur
Who This is For
You’re building something on your own.
Your office is wherever you open your laptop.
Your roadmap lives mostly in your head.
Some days feel incredibly free.
Some days feel incredibly lonely.
There’s no team standup.
No org chart.
No clear playbook.
Just you — figuring it out.
This lunch is for you.
What This One Is About
Life as a Solopreneur.
We’ll talk about:
• Why some people choose to build alone
• The freedom (and pressure) of owning every decision
• Designing your days without a traditional structure
• Staying motivated without a team around you
• Navigating uncertainty, income swings, and identity
• Finding community when you technically “work for yourself”
The Format
• Very small group (5–7 people max)
• Lunch together in Bukchon Hanok Village
• Guided conversation over the meal
• Casual walk through Bukchon afterwards
• Optional café stop and continued conversation
This series is intentionally small.
At our last lunch, we had a 100% show rate, which we really appreciated. It allowed the conversation to feel thoughtful and relaxed.
Because the group is small, everyone will naturally be part of the discussion. You don’t need to prepare anything formal — but it does work best when people are open to sharing their experiences and perspectives.
No panels.
No presentations.
Just a table of people building their own paths.
What You’ll Leave With
• Honest conversations about what solopreneurship actually feels like
• A few people who understand the strange mix of freedom and responsibility that comes with working for yourself
• New perspectives on how others structure their work and life
• Maybe a future collaborator
• Maybe just the reassurance that you're not the only one figuring it out
Logistics
Participants cover their own food and drinks.
The exact restaurant location in Bukchon will be shared with confirmed participants.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the conversation meaningful.
