To mark the publication of Accurx’s latest white paper on neighbourhood health – which sets out a recommended digital operating system for neighbourhood working – we are bringing together system leaders, clinicians and innovators for an evening of discussion, debate and shared learning.
Neighbourhood health is the cornerstone of the NHS 10 Year Plan, and is seen as our last hope to shift the system “left”: creating a joined-up, proactive, personalised service that spans health, social care and the voluntary sector.
But how do we move beyond pilots and exemplars to scale this model at pace, while the day-to-day pressures on the NHS and social care remain unrelenting?
