​What is this?

​Think of this as a weekly (at least for now its weekly) open-mic for Learning Professionals, with prompts, plugins, skills, and automations. For Learning Professionals.

​It is limited to 6 people per week so we can hear each other, share, and collaborate.

​I run a Learning Experience Design firm, so my work is on Instructional Design and Learning Ops.

​What’s in the hopper? Whatever you want, but here are some ideas I will be banging on.

​I’ll be building "Skills" for Claude Code to help streamline the workday. We’re talking about:

• ​Automating messy content processing.

• ​Integrating AI-generated voiceovers

• ​Streamlining asset creation

• ​Prompting Claude to think like a seasoned LXD.

​Why join?

​Building in a silo is lonely, and AI is moving faster than I can think. I’m happy to share the skills I’m building, collaborate on yours, or just troubleshoot our Claude hurdles together.

​It’s a bit of a free-for-all. We’ll learn, we’ll break things, and we’ll probably figure out a way to save ourselves five hours of manual labor a week.
