She Wrote the Prompt, She Built the Agent: An All-Women Night on the AI Dev Lifecycle

The AI-driven development lifecycle isn't theory anymore: it's being built, broken, and rebuilt in production right now. From reimagining the entire SDLC around AI, to giving coding agents the institutional memory they're missing, to watching a single agent evolve into a full multi-agent system in under a year: three women who are actually doing this work, one evening on Floor 28.

🍕 Food, drinks, and networking included. 🙏 Thanks to AWS for hosting and sponsoring the venue (GenAI Israel is the organizer; this is a community event, not an AWS event).

📍 AWS Tel Aviv Office, Floor 28

🎤 Talks

Hila Fox, AI Product Manager @ Qodo

Hila is a Principal Engineer turned AI Product Manager with 10+ years of experience building products. Coming from a background of technical leadership, she knows what it means to build AI and with AI, speaking and writing about software architecture, DDD, and what AI really means for the way we build software.

Talk: From Prompt to Multi-Agent System: The Evolution of Our AI Product Once we were an agent, then an agentic agent, and now a full-blown multi-agent system, and by "once," Hila means one year ago. Remember when products didn't change under your feet every five minutes? She shares Qodo's journey through AI's chaos: "agentifying" their code generation agent, architecting a multi-agent code review system with LangGraph and MCPs, and how they're preparing for the next inevitable shift, because in AI, the only constant is change.

Mey Beisaron, Senior Platform Engineer @ NVIDIA

Mey is a Backend Software Engineer, a public speaker and a mentor. When she is not spending her weekends coding games in Clojure or speaking at tech conferences, she experiments with algorithms or learns languages such as Russian, Scala & Golang. Mey is also a sworn Star Wars fan. May the force be with her.

Talk: From Padawan to Master: AI Context Management with Kipi "Patience you must have, my young Padawan." Yoda's right, but by the 5th prompt iteration, patience is gone and frustration's all that's left. Why? Because AI sees your code, not the constraints and edge cases discussed in meetings, or the reasons the legacy system looks the way it does. Mey presents Kipi, an AI context management framework built to give AI project-specific memory. She'll walk through the exact setup, workflow, and real examples, including complex legacy migrations completed in days instead of weeks, showing how to bridge the gap between human knowledge and code logic, and turn your IDE from Padawan into Master.

Dana Mordechai Ganzer, Senior Technical Account Manager @ AWS

Dana is a Senior Technical Account Manager at AWS (Tel Aviv) with 20+ years building and leading R&D teams across Cyber, Big Data, Analytics, IoT, ML, and AI, from military service through startup co-founding to enterprise cloud. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics, an MBA, and the AWS ML Engineer Associate certification, and facilitates AI-DLC workshops for enterprise engineering teams.

Talk: From Intent to Production: The AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) Your developers are shipping 3x more code with AI, so why doesn't it feel like you're moving faster? Dana argues most teams are stuck at the "autocomplete" stage: more code, not more progress, with technical debt from unreviewed AI output drowning out the gains. She introduces AI-DLC: a phased methodology that makes AI a first-class collaborator across the full SDLC, from problem decomposition and architecture through agentic coding, testing, security review, and delivery. Expect real case studies, a maturity model (Ambassador → Practitioner → Champion), and the failure modes (prompt-and-pray, context collapse, hallucination debt) she's seen enterprise teams walk into and out of.
