Swift Small Talks
Swift Small Talks is a great place to have discussions on the topics that otherwise might not make it to the stage! We’re thrilled about creating something approachable, open, and energising. Embrace your curiosity and join us to make a space where learning and sharing feels easy and fun. Bring a friend too: you’d be surprised how one extra person can change the whole energy of the room for the better!
Here’s how it’ll work:
Starting on Monday, we’ll have a board where ideas can keep piling up throughout the week. When we get together on Thursday, you’ll be able to add your topics to the mix as well.
After about 10 minutes, we’ll vote on the ideas and quickly put together a schedule.
From there, we’ll run multiple talking points at once, and you’re encouraged to join the topics that interest you, move between groups, and follow your curiosity.
Each topic leader will kick things off with a 10-minute introduction, followed by 10 minutes of group discussion.
We’re planning for three rounds, though we may adjust as needed.
Once we wrap, we’ll share a few shoutouts and takeaways before heading to the Code Crawl, where you can put some of those ideas into practice!
