Workshop: Building High-Impact Startup Teams from Day Zero
Your first team is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as a founder. In this session, Nkem Oghedo will guide early-stage entrepreneurs through how to build a strong, intentional team from the ground up. We’ll explore the essential roles of co-founders, early hires, advisors, and more- what you need now versus later, how to identify skill gaps, and how to structure roles and incentives when resources are limited. We’ll also discuss common missteps founders make and practical tools to help you design a team that evolves with your venture. This session will be interactive, tactical, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity.
