​This ethics-centred session reflects on AI as a tool in the toolbox, rather than as a replacement for qualitative research. It will discuss the ethical, legal, and methodological risks involved in using AI for transcription and the anonymisation and de-anonymisation of qualitative research data and provide guidance on how to overcome it.
