【プログラムの目的】
世界を目指す女性起業家のための、実践型・連続ワークショップがスタートします。

​HerRiseは、渋谷区の、日本進出・事業拡大を目指す女性起業家・スタートアップ経営者のための、超実践型プログラムです。単なる知識習得ではなく、その場で学び、体験し、即ビジネスに活かすことを目的としています。

​3月18日（水）には、連続プログラムの第5回目として、
課題を持ち込めるOpen Hourに加え、
「 Lessons from the Field: トライ＆エラーから学ぶリアルな起業の知恵」
をテーマにしたワークショップを開催します。

​このワークショップでは、

• ​今まで習った内容をもとに女性起業家としての心構えを再確認

• ​成功者のトライ＆エラーから学ぶリアルな起業の知恵

​講義とワークショップ形式で、実際の女性起業家の基本的な心構えの再確認とトライ＆エラーから学ぶリアルな起業の知恵を学び、実践的なスキルを習得します。
講座修了時には、トライ＆エラーから自分のビジネスに生かせるスキルを習得することを目指します。

​【スピーカーご紹介】

井口　恵｜株式会社Kanatta - CEO

​
2010年横浜国立大学経営学部を卒業、同年にKPMG あずさ監査法人に入所。3年間の監査業務を経て2013年にLVMHモエ・ヘネシー・ルイ・ヴィトン・ジャパン株式会社にアナリストとして入社。 その後2016年に独立し、株式会社Kanattaを創業。男性が8−9割のドローン、宇宙業界で女性限定コミュニティであるドローンジョプラス、コスモ女子を運営している。2024年にはコスモ女子が女性コミュニティとして日本で初めて人工衛星の打ち上げに成功し、同年にForbes JAPAN WOMEN AWARDの個人部門にてパイオニア賞を受賞。

​ノースコット・トレイシー | Tokyo Family Stays G.K - CEO

​Tracey Northcottの起業家としての歩みは、日本のことわざ「七転び八起き」を体現しています。外国人女性として東京で複数のビジネスを立ち上げる中で、柔軟性や創造力、そして強い意志を持って挑戦を続けてきました。現在は、Tokyo Family Staysやコンサルティング事業を運営するほか、日本で革新的な言語・生産性ツールを提供してきた家族経営のソフトウェア企業Enfourでもリーダーシップを担っています。

​規制の変化や市場環境の変動、パンデミックなど数々の困難を乗り越える中で、失敗を成長の機会として捉え、事業を発展させてきました。本セッションでは、日本でビジネスを築いてきた経験から、起業家に必要なレジリエンスや実践的な学びについて共有します。

​Anna Kreshchenko | Flora KK - CEO

​ウクライナ国立オデッサ大学の国際関係学部を卒業。2017年に文部科学省の奨学金を受賞し来日。2022年に京都大学法学部卒業。

​2020年にS&R Foundationに選抜され、Kingfisher Leadership Programでシリコンバレーに渡航。同年に京都のフェニクシーインキュベーションに選抜。身近な人の疾病により、女性がもっと活躍できる社会を作りたいとの思いからFloraを日本で創業。

​2022年の関西財界セミナーの輝く女性賞、2023のEY Entrepreneur of the Year JapanのSpecial Awardを受賞、Forbes Japanの「Next100」、Forbes Asia & Japanの30 under 30に選抜。

​Launching a Practical, Year-Round Workshop Series for Women Entrepreneurs Aiming for Japan Success

​HerRise is a highly practical, action-driven program designed for women entrepreneurs and startup founders looking to expand into Japan and beyond. This is not just about gaining knowledge—it's about learning by doing, and immediately applying it to your business.

​STEP 6: Lessons from the Field – Real Entrepreneurial Wisdom Learned from Trial and Error

​On Wednesday, March 18, we will hold the 6th session of our ongoing program. In addition to the Open Hour where participants can bring their own challenges, we will host a workshop themed “Lessons from the Field: Real Entrepreneurial Wisdom Learned from Trial and Error.”

​In this workshop, participants will:

• ​Reaffirm the entrepreneurial mindset they have cultivated throughout the program

• ​Learn practical wisdom from the trials and errors of successful entrepreneurs

​Through a combination of lectures and workshops, participants will both revisit the essential mindset for women entrepreneurs and gain actionable insights from real-world experiences of trial and error. By the end of the session, participants will acquire practical skills to apply these lessons directly to their own businesses.

​Iguchi Megumi | Kanatta - CEO

​
She graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Yokohama National University in 2010 and joined KPMG AZSA LLC in the same year. After three years of experience in auditing, she joined LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Japan K.K. as an analyst in 2013.

​In 2016, she founded Kanatta Inc. and began building communities that empower women in industries where men account for 80–90% of the workforce, such as the drone and space sectors. She currently operates Drone Jo+ (Drone Jo Plus) and Cosmo Joshi, women-focused communities dedicated to expanding female participation in these fields.

​In 2024, Cosmo Joshi became the first women’s community in Japan to successfully launch an artificial satellite. In the same year, she received the Pioneer Award (Individual Category) at the Forbes JAPAN WOMEN AWARD.

​Northcott Tracey | Tokyo Family Stays G.K - CEO

​Tracey Northcott’s journey as an entrepreneur in Japan reflects the spirit of the Japanese proverb nanakorobi yaoki (七転び八起き), fall seven times, rise eight. Building multiple businesses in Tokyo as a foreign woman has required resilience, adaptability, creativity, and determination. Alongside running Tokyo Family Stays and her consulting practice, Tracey also plays a leadership role at Enfour, a long-standing family-run software company known for introducing innovative language and productivity tools to Japan. Navigating hospitality, tech entrepreneurship, and family life has shaped a dynamic professional path filled with both challenges and opportunities. Over the years, Tracey has faced shifting regulations, market changes, and global disruptions including a pandemic, each time learning to pivot, rebuild, and move forward stronger than before. Rather than seeing setbacks as failures, she has used them as opportunities to grow, refine her vision, and support others on their own entrepreneurial journeys. Tracey will share lessons from her experience building businesses in Japan and offer practical insights on developing resilience as an entrepreneur. Her story reminds us that success is not about avoiding setbacks. It is about rising each time with greater clarity, courage, and purpose.

​Anna Kreshchenko | Flora KK - CEO

​Anna graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at I.I. Mechnikov Odessa National University. In 2017, she came to Japan after receiving a scholarship from Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University in 2022.

​In 2020, Anna was selected by the S&R Foundation to participate in the Kingfisher Leadership Program and traveled to Silicon Valley. That same year, she was also selected for the Phoenixi Incubation Program in Kyoto. Inspired by the illness of someone close to her, and motivated by a desire to create a society where women can play a more active role, she founded Flora in Japan.

​Anna received the Shining Woman Award at the 2022 Kansai Keizai Seminar, the Special Award at the 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Japan, and was selected for Forbes Japan’s “Next 100” as well as Forbes Asia & Japan’s “30 Under 30.”
