How to Prepare for XHTML and Inline XBRL White Papers

​The MiCA Crypto Alliance is hosting a webinar on how to prepare MiCA-compliant XHTML and Inline XBRL white papers ahead of the 23 December 2025 deadline.

​ESMA has also released an Excel-based XBRL conversion tool to assist white paper preparers. However, the tool itself has not been validated, ESMA accepts no responsibility for its use, and any errors in the output remain the responsibility of the issuer or CASP. This means that relying on the tool can still result in incorrect or non-compliant white papers.
