UCLA UBS x BGVIP VC Pitch Competiton & Fireside Chat
Join us for an evening at the intersection of venture and building: a fireside chat with top investors and operators, followed by a venture pitch competition for aspiring founders.
In the fireside chat, hear how early-stage decisions get made, what investors look for, how founders stand out, and what it really takes to go from idea to traction. We will be joined by Brandon Hoffman (General Partner, Sunset Ventures), Henry Woram (Partner, Palm Drive Capital), and Loki Cheema (CEO, Hemut, a YCX25 company).

Applicants will submit their pitch through the registration form, and we will select 5 teams to present live on the final day on the 12th. Finalists will pitch in front of our guest panel, and one winner will receive a prize: a Founder Fellowship program hosted by Brandon Hoffman at Sunset Ventures.
Whether you are an aspiring founder looking to pressure-test an idea or you are curious how venture evaluates startups, you will leave with actionable insights and a chance to compete for the fellowship.
