​To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, all Saturday afternoon Showcase attendees must reserve a venue in advance.

​Please note: You must check in at the main registration area and receive your official wristband or lanyard before you can be admitted to any reserved venue

​Please select one venue from the list below. If a venue is fully booked, please choose another venue that still has availability.

​Participating Saturday afternoon Showcase venues include:

​• Barley Vine Co.

​• Lightcaster

​• Kelsey's Patio

​• The Orangeville Fair Grounds (Oak Room)

​• The Opera House (Listening Room)

​• Best Western (Listening Room)

​Doors open at 1PM

​Show starts at 2PM and goes until 4:30PM

​Your reservation guarantees access to the venue you selected. Our team will be checking guests in at the door using the reservation confirmation associated with this booking.

​Please note:

​• You may only attend the venue you reserve for this showcase time slot.
• Guests will not be permitted to move between venues during the showcase.
• Seating is first come, first served. A reservation does not guarantee a table.
• Venues are designed as a mix of seated and standing-room experiences.
• If you would like a table for dinner, we strongly recommend arriving early.
