Quantum Meets Crypto: An Evening at the Edge with Hunter Beast
FW3 invites you to join us for an evening of cryptography meets quantum computing with special guest Hunter Beast—security researcher, technologist, and one of the loudest local voices in the fight for quantum-resistant Bitcoin. Will our digital gold withstand quantum uncertainty or is a reckoning already underway?
Join us as Hunter breaks down the myths, mechanics, and future-proofing efforts around quantum resistance and decentralized systems. Drawing from his recent MIT Bitcoin Expo presentation, he’ll explore:
Why post-quantum cryptography matters now
The existential risks quantum poses to blockchains
Emerging standards and transition pathways
What Bitcoin maxis get wrong and right about resilience
This isn’t just a technical deep dive—it’s a call to consciousness. The clock is ticking on the systems we were told to trust. In the face of accelerating threats, half-measures and legacy thinking are liabilities. If we want liberation, not just survival, we must reprogram the future before it’s written for us.
