You’ll learn how to confidently run the room, guide conversations, and lead teams through mapping and diagnosing their systems using our proven framework. The training covers both the methodology itself and the facilitation skills required to deliver it effectively.

Navigate group dynamics and extract the right information
Represent and apply the Process Fixer methodology
Leverage our team and tools for map building and system design
