Uniswap Labs also contributes to the development the Uniswap Protocol, a peer-to-peer system for swapping digital assets.

​Meet our Speakers

​🦄Yu Chern (YC) Ong, APAC Community Manager @ Uniswap Labs

​YC is the APAC Community Manager of Uniswap Labs, who builds products for users to safely and securely access DeFi. He focuses on fostering and growing the Uniswap community across the region. YC began his journey into Web3 in 2021 immediately after graduating from university, which has evolved into a professional career and he hasn't looked back since. With diverse experience across NFTs, GameFi, and DeFi, YC is excited about the transformative possibilities decentralization can provide to traditional finance systems and beyond.

​👨‍🎓Shaun Ko, Community Manager @ Nansen

​Shaun Ko is a Community Manager at Nansen, where he leads community growth, social media, and marketing initiatives across web2 and web3 channels. Prior to Nansen, he was part of Pudgy Penguins, where he spearheaded IRL events and local huddles across Asia, blending online engagement with meaningful offline experiences to strengthen brand presence and community bonds.

​Ash, Business Development Manager @ Sky Mavis

​Ash is a Business Development Manager at Sky Mavis - the creators of Axie Infinity and Ronin Network,

​Leading partnerships and investments across gaming, DeFi, and consumer web3. A crypto native since 2020, he previously worked 7 years in tech and retail startups scaling projects across Southeast Asia working with local brands such as Mcdonalds, STB, Changi Jewel and many more.

​👨‍🎓Rahul Adusumilli, Sales Analyst Intern @ Flowdesk

​Rahul is a Sales Analyst Intern at Flowdesk, where he supports BD and coverage across APAC, providing market-making and OTC trading solutions for token issuers, funds and trading firms. He is also the Director of Education at Blockchain@NTU, where he conducts workshops for university students in collaboration with industry partners. Previously, Rahul was supporting the product team at DBS Digital Exchange, coming up with new products for the bank to launch. He is also active in the building space and has participated in a few Web3 hackathons. Rahul is excited about how digital assets could potentially shape the future of finance.

​🧑‍💻Yip Hern, Co-Founder @ OpenMentor

​Yip Hern is a Co-Founder of OpenMentor, the largest student mentorship platform in Singapore. He used to intern at Binance, where he won first place in a Global AI hackathon, and Coinbase, where he led the development of an AI agent. He is deeply interested in the AI and Crypto space, and watching closely to see how both of them can intersect.

​👨‍🎓Charlie Weng, Community Builder @ OpenMentor

​Charlie is a Community Builder at OpenMentor, the largest student mentorship platform in Singapore. As the Director of Research at Blockchain@NTU, he actively researches and fosters the next generation of talents in the Web3 ecosystem. He used to intern at Ripple on the Strategic Initiatives team, and currently at Crypto.com as a Product Data Analyst intern. He is passionate about the convergence of AI, DeFi and data-driven product strategy.
