The MindfulTech Club is a 6-week reset designed for solopreneurs and remote professionals to help you take back your time, energy, and attention. Together with a small group of just 10 participants, you’ll learn how to:

Reduce burnout and decision fatigue
Build a resilience toolkit with practices from expert facilitators
Reconnect with your focus, your work, and your well-being

Who We Are (the hosts)
Sarah Tatarski: Founder @ PsychePath Coaching
Sarah knows firsthand how hard it can be to live and work in a tech-saturated world. From years of struggling with social media addiction to hitting burnout while working remotely, she’s had to rebuild her own relationship with technology. Along the way, she discovered the power of intentional practices, healthier boundaries, and compassionate self-care.
Today, Sarah is a certified psychedelic integration coach and founder of PsychePath Coaching, where she helps people prepare for and integrate transformative experiences. She’s currently studying psychosynthesis at the Psychospiritual Institute, on track to become a board-certified coach by 2026. Sarah is passionate about guiding this mindful tech cohort because it’s the kind of community and support she wished existed when she was struggling most.
Fernando Bohorquez Maestre: Founder @ Trampoline Health
Fernando has lived the problem. For over six years, digital overuse affected not only his health but also his relationships with family and friends. That personal struggle became the spark behind Trampoline Health.
At Trampoline, Fernando builds digital wellness and digital addiction solutions. The company supports people through online programs, offline community events, and practical tools that help people reconnect with what really matters. Their mission is to make effective digital well-being support accessible. Fernando brings his background as a solopreneur and his work at Trampoline into the MindfulTech Club. He’s deeply passionate about digital wellness and can’t wait to support participants in this journey.
