About Event

In support of Earth Day 2026, Sunda Shelves is collaborating with Green Drinks KL to share the magical, mysterious and medicinal world of fungi and their power to heal, sustain and contribute to the regeneration of life on Earth.

There will be a talk by Thi Bee Kin, who is a mycologist at the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM). We will also be screening snippets of a time-lapse documentary on fungi and a TED video by Mycologist Paul Stamets.

Notes:

There is a registration fee of RM20. Participants will also get an RM10 book voucher (T&C applies) and complimentary light refreshments.
Age range: 10 years old and above
Capacity: 35 people
At-the-door (non-registered guests): 25 RM, subject to availability.
