About Event

Join us for a candid evening of insight, conversation, and community—centered on what it really takes to get hired, stay competitive, and build a tech career in Hawaiʻi right now.

The night opens with a recruiter panel featuring talent professionals and hiring leaders who work in or with Hawaiʻi's tech industry every day. They'll pull back the curtain on what they're actually seeing in the market: what's shifting, what employers want, and how local job seekers can position themselves to stand out in an industry that doesn't always make the path clear.

What to expect:

🎤 45 minute panel - Real talk on identity, leadership, and innovation rooted in culture.

Speakers details coming soon..

👀 60-75 minute of networking in the Hawaii Inspiration Museum event space. Enjoy drinks as you network with your community.

Who Should Attend: This event is open to all tech professionals, creatives, students, community organizers, and those curious about building a future for Hawaiʻi, by Hawaiʻi. You don’t need to be in tech to belong in this conversation.
