Join us for Vercel’s global "Prompt to Production" tour in San Diego! This is a hands-on build-a-thon designed to take your ideas into a deployed, production-ready application in a single day using v0, Vercel's AI-powered development platform.
This is event is co-hosted with Hacker Fund, the 501(c)(3) non-profit for hackathons! This is the first of many events here in San Diego.

What to expect:
Build a fully operational app: Learn how to use v0 to generate complex UIs, paired with modern frameworks to ship faster than ever before.
Build & Ship: By the end of the event, you will have a fully functioning app with a public URL that you can access and share. It's never been easier!
Global Showcase: Projects shipped today enter a global v0 competition, where winners selected by the Vercel team will be featured community-wide (you could win exclusive prizes!)
Vibes & Swag: Connect with people all over San Diego with some drinks and snacks
Starter Prompts: We'll have curated prompt packs ready for different tracks including Marketing, Product, GTM, Design, Dev, and Data projects.

Whether you're a student, developer, professional in any industry, builder, founder, or AI enthusiasts, you are welcome to come and experience the future of development with Vercel.
Prerequisites: Bring your laptop, some ideas, and a friend!!!
Schedule:
- 10:30AM - Kickoff
- 10:40AM - Track selection & Teams
- 10:50AM - Build session
- 12:30PM - Ship & submit: All teams deploy their project live and submit to the Community Showcase page.
After the event, the community votes on the best builds via the Community Showcase page.
We'll have builds going on all week (Jan 31- Feb 8), so be sure to keep voting for your favorites.
Winners per track get featured on v0's social channels. So the more compelling the build + the public post, the better!
