​Three tracks. One rule: demo it live, or it didn't happen.

​The Pipeline Builder

• ​Build an AI agent that handles your revenue pipeline without a human touching it. Lead scoring, outbound sequencing, trial-to-paid nudges, churn signals. The agent must react to a real trigger - form submission, CRM event, usage data - and produce a real output. A Slack message to yourself doesn't count.

​The Ops Eliminator

• ​Kill a recurring manual task inside your business. Something your team does every day, week, or month that shouldn't require a human. Onboarding, reporting, data sync, research. Build it once, run it forever.

​The Rogue Agent

• ​Don't fit the other two? This one's yours. Build any agent that solves a real problem in your business - something the judges didn't predict. The bar is higher here. Creativity and impact score extra.

​Make mentors are in the room all day. Ask them anything - architecture, modules, debugging. That's what they're there for.

​Make is powering the platform. OPUS is bringing the room. You bring the problem worth solving.
