Claude Code for Operators
Hey there! I'm Drew Burdick, founder at StealthX. I'm holding an open office hours to give a crash course on using Claude Code to run your team/operations on easy mode.
This event is for non-technical operators, folks that are looking to leverage AI, but feel overwhelmed by where to get started.
I'm capping at 10 spots so we can have focused conversation and you can ask tactical questions.
I use Claude Code to run much of my day-to-day admin on auto-pilot at StealthX with skills, scripts, and docs. I'll show you my daily workflow and how I’m using it to run the company.
Some example use cases:
1. Grab all call transcripts from the last year & do automated trend analysis, draft follow up emails, and collect actions into a project board. Also, generate docs, find trends and potential risks (customer concerns, sentiment, etc.), and plan out how to improve/address.
2. CFO level analysis and strategy to assist with coordinating and handling receivables/payables, cashflow forecasting & management, P&L analysis, and scenario modeling.
3. Built a CEO dashboard for myself (hosted locally) that dynamically updates to show everything from key meetings, slack messages, email, QuickBooks, Notion, etc. in one place and in realtime. Coupled with our homegrown delivery management platform, it’s been a HUGE unlock.
4. Auto-draft and redline contracts, craft initial proposal drafts, update HubSpot, and remind me of next steps.
5. Analyze my calls daily and identify new content ideas and potential anecdotes or stories that folks might find valuable.
There’s a couple dozen other things I’m using it for daily now. Obviously, it's still SO critical to do the deep thinking, apply judgement/taste, and focus on human relationships and the moments that matter in the customer journey. BUT having lots of the admin stuff handled and ready for review/approval by default is wild.
Once you’ve tasted the new way, you can’t imagine going back.
