FT: Ride x Sauna

​A chance to recover up tired legs, clear your head, and connect with old friends and new ones.

​Schedule
12:30: Optional pre-sauna ride. Meet at Analog Sauna to drop off your sauna things, then we’ll roll out for a cozy ride if the weather behaves.
14:45: Arrive at Analog Sauna (come 15 minutes early so we can settle in together).
15:00: Sauna begins. Three gentle rounds of heat, cold dips in between.

​What to bring
Towels, swimsuit, water bottle, sandals, something cozy for after (wool socks, big sweater, etc.) There will be nuts, water and electrolytes there.

​Feel free to invite friends, the event is open to all
