She currently serves as Associate Director of R&D innovation at The Clorox Company, where she leads innovation and product development for well‑known brands, including Kingsford and Brita. In this role, Shanae helps define the long-term innovation product and technology pipelines and brings science‑based solutions from the lab to store shelves.
Will Smith is a Plant Manager at The Clorox Company, where he leads large‑scale manufacturing operations for one of the world’s most recognized consumer products companies. In this role, he oversees all aspects of plant operations—including production, safety, quality, supply chain coordination, and team leadership—demonstrating how STEM skills are applied daily in advanced manufacturing environments. Will has built his career at Clorox through progressive leadership roles, gaining hands‑on experience across manufacturing, distribution, safety, and operations management before advancing to Plant Manager. His work relies on the practical application of engineering principles, data analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and at scale.
Elliot Burrell is a Senior Manager of Engineering at The Clorox Company, where he leads teams responsible for designing and delivering advanced manufacturing technologies that support large‑scale consumer product operations. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, he works at the intersection of chemical engineering, manufacturing systems, and people leadership to drive safe, efficient, and sustainable production.
