Build For Breakpoint: Laptops to Terminals - How Ecosystem Helps You Scale From Retail to Institutions

Workshop led by Mario Bernardi

Retail traction gets you noticed. Institutions get you a market. Most teams never make the jump because they treat it as a bigger version of the same playbook.

We'll break down what actually changes when you move from laptops to terminals: how institutional partnerships get structured, what ecosystem development really means day to day, and how strategic initiatives compound into market growth rather than one-off deals. We'll look at real partnership models and where founders typically misjudge the sales cycle and the relationships behind it.

Walk out with a clearer map of what institutional growth demands, and a first pass at the partnership strategy to get there.
