​Looking for your next big opportunity? The Seattle Startup Hiring Festival is where innovation meets ambition. We’re bringing together dozens of startups and hundreds of job seekers for an afternoon of direct connections, real conversations, and in-person interviews.

​This isn’t a typical job fair. MeeBoss is a match-first, chat-first platform that connects you directly with hiring managers before you even step into the room. That means by the time you arrive, you’ll already have matches and conversations underway and you’ll know exactly which startups to prioritize meeting during the festival.

​How It Works for Job Seekers

1. ​​Register here on Luma

   • ​​Fill in your details so we can confirm your spot.

   • ​​Space is limited, and registration will be approved manually to ensure balance.

2. ​​Get Matched on MeeBoss

   • ​​Once registered, you’ll receive an invite to set up your MeeBoss profile.

   • ​​MeeBoss will automatically match you with open roles from participating startups.

3. ​​Start Chatting with Employers

   • ​​Use MeeBoss’ ChatFirst platform to connect with startups before the event.

   • ​​Build relationships, ask questions, and line up potential interviews.

4. ​​Meet In Person at the Festival

   • ​​You’ll be able to meet the startups you’ve already chatted with, plus discover new ones.

   • ​​Not available during a block? No problem. We’ll also have dedicated space open all day for impromptu chats.

5. ​​Keep the Momentum Going

   • ​​After the event, continue conversations in MeeBoss chat.

   • ​​Many job seekers walk away with interviews scheduled and some even get hired on-site.
