Don’t Network in the Sauna flips the script on superficial meetups. This Slush side event creates an intentional space for female and non-binary founders—from idea to post-seed—to talk honestly about international growth, funding gaps, and what community support really looks like.

Hosted by wednesday, Tech Nordic Advocates, and She/They Club, the session blends a straight-talk panel with curated networking, bringing founders and investors who’ve navigated the do’s and don’ts across cultures, borders, and bias. No pitch decks in the sauna. No bro-club gatekeeping. Just real meaningful global connections.
