Impact Table: Critical Skills in the AI Age
Impact Table: Critical Skills in the AI Age
As HR budgets are being squeezed and redirected to AI implementation, many People & Talent leaders are still figuring out where they stand: not in terms of value to add, but in readiness for what's coming.
On 18 June, we host our third Impact Table dinner at Canal Clubhouse (Amsterdam). The coming edition is for the senior HR and People leaders. Together, we will formulate an answer to the question: What are critical skills in the AI Age for HR & People leaders and their teams?
You can expect a four-course dinner with twenty seats. Three short sessions led by Anna Wright, followed by table discussions with the people sitting next to you.
What's on the table?
The evening explores one central question: which skills matter most for HR teams and leaders in an AI-augmented organisation? And which ones are already slipping?
Our expert speaker, Leadership Development Consultant Anna Wright (ex. Tesla & Mollie), makes the case for five critical skills that will keep HR strategies thriving in the age of AI transformation. We explore these five deeply human skills, not a list to laminate, but rather as a lens for understanding where our organisations are heading.
In three table sessions, move from context to confidence to action:
1. Where AI is today in HR, and what's realistically coming in the next 12–18 months
2. How to build AI fluency without becoming a technologist
3. The human skills that become more valuable, not less, as AI takes over parts of the work
Everyone leaves with a handout to bring back to their team and start the conversation tomorrow.
Who's coming
This evening is for senior HR and People leaders (Chief People Officers, VP of People, HR Directors, Heads of People) from a mix of tech and non-tech companies.
We keep the group small (max. 20 guests) and intentional, curating a careful selection of leaders and innovators across the HR and People space. If you'd like to join, you can apply for one of the remaining seats below. We'll review and get back to you within a few days.

About the Impact Table
A recurring dinner series hosted by Vincent van den Ende & Sebastian Sawicki at the Canal Clubhouse (Amsterdam). Started as a passion project, each edition brings together a small group of senior leaders around a single topic worth actually discussing. No stage, no slides, no phones and no vendor pitches. Just a good dinner and people who want to think out loud with peers who get it.
