Future of Work Lab
Participate in a hands-on Foresight workshop: explore future-of-work scenarios, reflect on risks and opportunities, and identify opportunity areas for AI-powered prototypes.
🚀 What to Expect
Reinventing your career in a new country is hard. Doing it while AI is reshaping every industry is even harder.
Spend one day with fellow immigrants, Foresight expert, and AI builders exploring the future of work and designing new possibilities for what comes next.
Through futures thinking, design thinking, and rapid AI-powered prototyping, we'll explore emerging opportunities, imagine alternative futures, and build solutions that help global talent thrive.
No coding experience required — just curiosity and a laptop.
🧩 What You Will Do
Hear from immigrants who have reinvented their careers in the US and the people who hire them.
Participate in a hands-on Foresight workshop: scan signals, build scenarios, and identify opportunity areas.
Team up with others to vibecode a prototype using AI tools — even if you've never built anything before.
Pitch your prototype to a supportive group of peers, mentors, and Foresight practitioners.
Leave with a personal signal to track, a concrete next step, and a network that gets it.
