​Toronto has one of the most ambitious climate plans in North America, but it has no strategy to activate the single largest source of household emissions - what people eat - or to support the local food systems that benefit when demand shifts.

​During this experiential Dinner and Table Talk, we'll be highlighting original data that clearly illustrates how activating the demand side of the food ecosystem - our citizens - will lead us to a more sustainable food future.
