The Learning Lab: Is A Course Right For Your Business with Dr. Catrina Mitchum, CM Learning Design
Not every business needs a course. But when it is the right move, a well-designed course can expand your reach, strengthen your authority, and create new revenue opportunities.
Join The College of Empowerment Learning Lab, presented with CM Learning Design, for a hands-on session designed to help founders, consultants, and experts determine whether building a course actually makes sense for their business.
This is not a passive webinar. CoE Learning Labs are built around one principle:
Hands-On. Hard Wins.
Participants should come ready to workshop through the topic in real time. Together we will explore how courses fit into different business models, the strategic questions every founder should ask before building one, and the practical considerations that determine whether a course will succeed or stall.
By the end of this session, you will leave with clearer answers and tangible direction around whether course creation is a strategic opportunity for you.
Presented with Dr. Catrina Mitchum
Dr. Catrina Mitchum is the founder of CM Learning Design and a learning experience designer who has been designing and teaching online learning experiences since 2009. She spent more than 16 years designing and redesigning courses in higher education and holds a PhD in Rhetoric, Writing, and Digital Studies, with research focused on why learners fail to complete online courses.
Today she helps business owners and experts design courses that actually support learning outcomes rather than simply delivering content.

• Evaluate whether a course aligns with their business model
