About Event

The Con Edison team is excited to present this event which gives an overview on electric micromobility (e-bikes and e-scooters) charging infrastructure and installation. As electric micromobility continues to grow, safe e-bike charging options are essential for buildings and communities.

This event is for building decisionmakers (residential and commercial), businesses, developers and anyone interested in exploring electric micromobility charging. Presentations include:

• Fire Safety and Micromobility. This session covers micromobility battery safety and best practices for buildings.

• Micromobility Charging Manufacturer Showcase. E-bike charging manufacturers will present on their product.

• Installing Charging Infrastructure: Planning, Permitting, and Construction. An overview of how to deploy charging infrastructure, including planning considerations, and permitting processes.

Speakers include former FDNY commissioner Laura Kavanaugh, NYC DOT, NYC DOB, FDNY, Electric Avenue, and more!
